A bit on waiting...

When God uses a new day, chirping birds, scripture, and a testimony from 5 years ago to remind me of His faithfulness...

"He who calls you is faithful; he will surely do it..." (1 Thessalonians 5:24)

"But I am like a green olive tree in the house of God. I trust in the steadfast love of God forever and ever. I will thank you forever, because you have done it. I will wait for your name, for it is good, in the presence of the godly." (Psalm 52:8-9)

**Some olive trees grow from root systems 2,000 years old...
yet the olive producer has to WAIT 15 years for his first good harvest.**

"Wait for the Lord; be strong, and let your heart take courage; wait for the Lord!" (Psalm 27:14)

**Olive trees are known for their tenacity// persistence, patience, endurance, steadfastness**

"For God alone, O my soul, wait in silence, for my hope is from him." (Psalm 62:5)

"My times are in your hand..." (Psalm 31:15)

"Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you." (1 Thessalonians 5:16-18)

**Olive trees can grow in almost any condition.**

"Now may the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times in every way..." (2 Thessalonians 3:16)

++ God's will is what's best for us. ++
